Marketing Channels Director

Summary:  

Provide strategic leadership and oversee channel marketing efforts inclusive of digital and B2B initiatives that will extend the reach of the brand and further drive relevance.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set the digital strategy and define USCCA’s digital roadmap

  • Lead a team of managers that will oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC and digital agencies

  • Lead a team focused on growing our B2B presence through our world-class training program and our retail partnership efforts.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and execute integrated campaigns focused on new membership growth and member retention efforts

  • Own channel P&L to drive sound business decisions through top-line growth and cost control

  • Work with marketing team in collaboration with sales, brand and finance to develop strategic initiatives

  • Lead the development and execution of market communication plans for new product launches

  • Establish, measure and analyze KPI’s to understand initiative performance and effectiveness

  • Understands economic and industry trends that impact our business 

  • Has a deep understanding of market research/consumer insights to ensure marketing executions are customer-led and drive relevance.

  • Accountable for management reporting on marketing campaign efforts

 

Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably working in a channel-specific capacity

  • Experience leading high performing teams and shaping / leading growth vision and marketing strategy

  • Prior experience leading digital and B2B marketing teams

  • Demonstrated capability developing & leading new/innovative ideas through collaboration and execution

  • Effective project management, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to and high comfort level for delivering presentations to all levels of an organization

  • Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or a related field of study
