The Marketing Specialist, Paid Digital Advertising is instrumental in assisting with the growth of our paid advertising platforms by assisting in the development and deployment of Delta Defense’s marketing initiatives across our display, Google search, and Youtube platforms.
They will enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting work environment. They will be required to show the ability to manage small teams to hit important deadlines with quality output. They will be responsible for a variety of duties including working with creative and strategy teams to develop campaign objectives and assets. They will also be relied upon to create specific customer audience segments, campaigns & optimization schedules. They will be required to monitor analytics and report on advertising impact.
Evaluate customer buying habits and hypergraphics in order to assist in the creation of strategic marketing plans.
Develop digital advertising tactics that are rooted in customer research
Creating and scaling campaigns in a multitude of advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising Network, Facebook Ads.
Scheduling approved campaigns across all these platforms.
Tracking impact of campaigns using these same platforms and other internal reporting systems
Managing many different marketing initiatives at the same time without missing any key steps.
Willingness to enthusiastically accept many varied projects and new responsibilities as assigned.
Building-out, Researching, Coordinating, and Managing New Advertising Endeavors.
Tracking and Optimizing Current Website Landing Pages for multiple teams (CRO)
Assist in new digital Paid Ad Implementation
Be responsible for tracking Paid Advertising analytics and reporting those findings to your Paid Advertising Teammates with potential actionables.
Increase USCCA’s presence by implementing new brand marketing tactics and strategies
Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:
BS/BA in Advertising, Marketing or a related field (or related experience)
3+ years of digital advertising experience (or related experience)
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Microsoft Ads Manager
Preferred but not required: Experience with DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder, Ads Studio & Audience Studio)
Have an understanding of basic direct response marketing principles.
A deep understanding of brand marketing principles and measurement
Demonstrated ability to write clear and compelling marketing copy
Be a self starter, have high standards and be able to work independently and on a team to meet deadlines, and proven time management skills in deadline driven work
Have the ability to develop ideas into marketing strategies without constant guidance of team leaders.
Experience in managing significant amounts of detail and analysis
Ability to handle many projects without decreasing efficiency nor decreasing quality
Excellent organization and analytical skills
Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a creative team is a must
Desire to grow along with the company and within their role.
